According to the Merriam Webster Definition, Human Rights are rights (such as freedom from unlawful imprisonment, torture, and execution) regarded as belonging fundamentally to all persons.
Pay close attention to the such as examples in parenthesis, really? “…as belonging fundamentally to all persons”, is a solid start but lacks the clarity that a definition should define.
According to Black’s Law Dictionary, Human Rights are the freedoms, immunities, and benefits that, according to modern vales, all human beings should be able to claim as a matter of right in the society in which they live.
This definition claims but does not specify to the freedoms, immunities, and benefits that all human beings should have. A lack of definition clarity that obviously sums up to, whatever the region claims shall be.
According to the Human Rights Union, Human Rights are fundamental acts and benefits associated to securing resources of basic needs food, clothing, shelter, healthcare, education, defense, and environment regardless of the economy.
Regardless of the economy is a bit optimistic and a possible huge oversight. To move that amount of resources without money would require a complete overhaul or a new BIT COIN system.
